Abstract
Artificial intelligence is evolving at a remarkable and accelerating pace. This technology is present or becoming present in all areas of human life. In the future, the relationship between artificial intelligence and humans, how it will interact with human rights, is a serious discussion. The international community's solution to this potential challenge is to create new rights under the title of the "Fourth Generation of Human Rights." Artificial intelligence will become an intelligent actor like humans. Therefore, the fundamental question is that, will there be interaction between artificial intelligence and the fourth generation of human rights. To answer this question, we use a descriptive-analytical approach. it can be said that although artificial intelligence has raised significant issues in this field, but it should not be forgotten that preserving human dignity and protecting humans against the risks of emerging technologies, as the foundation of human rights, can pave the way for balance and coexistence between artificial intelligence and the principles of the fourth generation of human rights.
