Abstract
It is important to identify sources of industrial investment growth from policy planning perspective, due to importance of manufacturing industries as the engine of economic development. SME formation is one of these sources that its impact on investment process with various methods has been studied. However, each of these studies used their specific angle and in some cases, these studies have reached different conclusions. On the other hand, many of the previous studies have applied statistical approaches and short-term, medium-term and long-term consequences of the solutions that have proposed by these studies has not considered at the same time. Therefore to address this deficiency, the holistic approach (system thinking) used to study impact of SME formation on investment growth. System Dynamics (SD) method used as a tool for implementing system thinking approach in order to use its capabilities in complex systems modeling and for achievng suitable results from simulation model. The population is Fars province in Period of 1360-1410. Vensim software has used for modeling and simulating. The results from the simulation of designed model showed, there is direct and interactive relationship between SME formation and amount of industrial investment.

Abstract
In the past four decades, new approaches and methodologies have been developed to solve unstructured and messy problems with various stakeholders. Among these methods, soft system methodologies, cognitive mapping, and strategic choice approach are specifically worthy to be heeded. The methods mentioned above, which have a precise structure and clear framework, are often categorized as soft operations research or problem structuring methods. Today, there is ample literature on soft research and it is taught in many operations research/management science courses of reputable universities. Methods of research on soft OR are rooted in soft system thinking and belong to the interpretative/learning paradigm. Nonetheless, assigning a clear and precise boundary between hard and soft OR techniques is not easily feasible, for most of these techniques– based on their application in different situations – can be classified as both hard and soft. The aim of this research is to investigate the origins and current position of soft methodology of operations research and probe into its theoretical basis. A comparison between the trend of OR in the US and UK clearly demonstrates the differences in soft and hard approaches. Generally, it can be concluded that soft and hard approaches of OR are complementary: soft methods are exploited in forming the structure (configuration) of a problem and hard methods are utilized in solving it.

Abstract
This paper attempts to use VSM as a design and diagnosing tools in the banking systems that are at the risk of losing their business because of dynamic changes in their business. Rapid changes in today complex environment cause organizations at the risk of bankruptcy. Systematic action research did at one of the major banks in Iran. According to VSM subsystems, the diagnostic results show some failure detected for adaptability in this bank. After diagnosing, the model of the viable banking system proposed
