Abstract
The increasing demand for food, especially poultry products, highlights critical challenges to food security. In this context, agricultural entrepreneurship in the poultry sub-sector plays a vital role in addressing these challenges by enhancing food supply and contributing to economic growth and development. This study specifically focuses on fostering entrepreneurship within the poultry industry in Mashhad, emphasizing its pivotal role in Iran's economy and its contribution to food security. Using an exploratory research method along with SWOT and Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA) analysis, 18 factors influencing entrepreneurship in the poultry industry were identified and weighted, leading to the development and ranking of 14 strategies. The results indicate that strategies such as transferring the tasks related to the poultry industry from the government to the private sector (SO) and using the capacities of knowledge-based companies for innovation in the supply of poultry input (WT) have the highest scores. In contrast, strategies such as organizing workshops and training courses (WO) and hiring skilled labore (ST) have lower scores. The findings suggest practical concepts for poultry entrepreneurs, including branding, technology adoption, establishing international animal welfare standards, collaborating with knowledge-based companies, and privatization under government supervision. These strategies can foster regional development by promoting entrepreneurship, which in turn can increase employment, economic growth, and productivity, ensuring a balanced distribution of opportunities and resources

Abstract
Existent is one of the central concepts in the history of Islamic philosophy. But this word and its root, i.e., existence, have different applications, the most famous of which is the subject of metaphysics. Based on the analysis of its linguistic structure, this word can be simple or paronym, and there are disagreements on determining the meaning of each of them and their synonymity. This article investigates these meanings under Suhrawardi's famous objections to rejecting existence’s externality. According to this objection, the externality of existence entails the homonymy of existent. This objection is expressed by distinguishing between the two different words: existent as a simple or paronym word. The analysis of these two answers shows that each simple or paronym existents are synonyms, which entails the externality of existence and essence.

Abstract
The present study was conducted to determine the most appropriate tree species planted in the same ecological condition considering different variables at Darabkola forest, Mazandran Province. For this purpose, the success of planted species (maple, walnut, oak, pine, ash and elm) was assessed according to ninecriteria (soil nitrogen, soil phosphorus, soil potassium, leaf nitrogen, leaf phosphorus, leaf potassium, growth of diameter at breast, diameter at breast, H/D: height/diameter at breast height ratio). Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) was used to assess forest stands based on multiple criteria. Results showed that the maximum local priority of average annual growth, and leaf and soil nitrogenwere observed in pine stands, while the highest levels of phosphorus, potassium, and DBH were recorded for maple plantation. The calculated overall priority showed that based on concerning criteria, pine stand had higher growth and nutritional potential compare to the other stands, while other stands ranked as maple> elm> walnut>oak> ash. In conclusion, our findings from AHP suggested that the growth rate and nutrition ofpine and maple stands had more appropriate condition and efficiency than other stands and therefore found suitable for plantingin the study area.

Abstract
Pedological criterion affecting desertification in alluvial fans was investigated, for which the map of units was prepared by crossing maps of land use, geology, slope classes and grid layer created by the extension of ET Geo-Wizards in ArcGIS 10.3. Three indices of salinity, erodibility, and permeability of soil were considered and classified. Weights of criteria and consistency ratio were calculated by the AHP method and ELECTRE I method was used to prioritize the options. After creating the weighted super matrix and calculating the concordance and discordance matrix, the difference between dominance and defeat values were calculated. The results showed that the difference in values obtained from AHP-ELECTRE I technique varied from -15 to 16. The alluvial fans were classified into three classes of I, III, and IV from the viewpoint of pedological criterion affecting desertification by using AHP-ELECTRE I technique. Results showed that 71.99% of the area was in the low desertification potential, while 2.19% and 25.82% were in the high and very high desertification potential, respectively.

Abstract
We can call “EFQM excellence model” as a transition from the great number of different models and approaches to unity in context of organizational improvement and excellence. Doing self-assessment to find areas for improvement (AFIs) is the most important application of this model. Those organizations which are on lower level of total quality management will encounter lots of AFIs. So finding key problems is an important challenge for them. Reviewing the literature shows that there is no specific and systematic model to solve this challenge.
We intended to introduce a mathematical screening model in order to help organizations to find their key problems. The proposed model was designed in fuzzy context, because decision making situation of most of the organizations is in vague and ambiguity.

Abstract
The priority right is a right that preserves the first applicant’s right for a patent in one of the member countries of the convention, treaty or agreement for a limited period in another country or its member states. The priority right, particular priority right and leniency deadline are the same in nature. The priority right may be under multilateral and bilateral conventions or considered as national priority right. The principle is that this right cannot be rejected, and according to the principle of independence of the patent certificate, patent invalidity does not lead to the rejection of the priority right.
The priority right plays an important role in supporting the patent applicant, including, the possibility of patent in the member country of Convention, Treaty and Agreement; time criteria for determining the novelty and invention step of the claimed invention; time criteria for the best method in implementation of invention; time criteria for the discloser and publication of invention; and saving money and creating opportunities for the patent in a different country are thought out. This right creates for the inventors an importance effect, i.e. “peace of mind in the protection of intellectual works”.

Abstract
Mīr Dāmād, as a philosopher in Islamic and Peripatetic tradition, scrutinizes the issue of essence and existence. His main ideas are as follows: first, existence is not a real attribute; second, existence is nothing but to be existent; and third, essence is prior to existence. In this paper, I explain how these ideas can be interpreted within the context of the history of Islamic philosophy. I shall interpret Mīr Dāmād's views on essence, existence and priority against most eminent figures in the tradition such as Suhrawardī and Avicenna among others. As I will argue, Mīr Dāmād proposes an innovative view within the Peripatetic tradition, though he is following (his own interpretation of) Avicenna's philosophy of existence.

Abstract
Among the rules that jurisprudential scholars, jurisprudence, jurists, and scholars of rhetoric have investigated are their lexical roots and customary meanings and cited their opinions in this regard as a reason or preference. Rule: "Foundation Precedes Emphasis" is the one that in the interpretation prefers the new meaning to the repetition and emphasis on the old meaning in explaining the words, and considers the new effect and independent benefit of words better than emphasizing the previous meaning. The current research is descriptive and analytical in order to express the importance, position, capacity and how to use the aforementioned rule in different sciences and examples its comparative use has been shown in the interpretation of the Qur'an, principles of jurisprudence, law and vocabulary. In other words, the necessity of paying attention to the principles of jurisprudence stems from the fact that they are basic principles, a mechanism that helps in achieving the outcome of the work of the mujtahid and his aim in ijtihad what he strives for. The study leads to results, including this rule which is one of the branches of “the implementation of speech takes precedence over its neglect,” and that it aims to preserve speech from being abolished. It does not deal with the cases, in which, it is necessary to confirm or establish because of evidence where there is no justification for opposition or recommendation.
