Abstract
Based on Islamic era sources, inscribed robes were one of the valuable art works during the Ale- Buyid period that were gifted to courtiers in official ceremonies as a sign of honor for their loyalty. These robes normally contained the name of the ruler. In the Ale-Buyid period, a combination of both Shi’a and Iranian-Sasanian led to the creation of a new style of art. From the remains of that period, number of textiles with inscriptions was discovered from two enclosures of Broj-e Nagharekhane and Bibi Shahrbanu in Ray. According to archaeological reports, the scripted textiles were used as shrouds or to cover graves. The inscriptions are in both plain and ornamental Kufic styles and in most of the cases, beside its function to convey a massage, had decorative functions too. Based on 25 scripted textile pieces from Ale-Buyid period which mostly were discovered from Ray, this research attempts to reveal the meaning and also the literature sources of the inscriptions. The data has been collected through library studies. This research shows that the texts contain prayers, ethical massage and some poems from Arab poets from the first Hijri to the Ale-Buyid period. In some cases, embroidery has changed the shape of the letters to create a rhythmic pattern in the text and for this reason; the text is illegible or contains a visual or written error. This shows that writing was as important as its content. Most of the fabrics obtained based on the content were robes, and the content of the inscriptions often had an individual audience and a prayer sentence.

Abstract
Background: Oral health issues, such as dental caries, periodontal disease, and oral cancer, represent significant challenges to global health. Proper and balanced nutrition plays a vital role in this context, as it is fundamental to overall health, which includes the condition of the oral cavity and teeth. Nutrition pertains to the specific nutrients absorbed by the body, while diet encompasses all nutrients and non-nutrients consumed. The quality of nutrition directly influences the growth, development, and metabolic functions of the periodontium. A deficiency in essential nutrients can lead to changes in the primary factors associated with periodontal diseases, and dietary choices can significantly influence the progression of these ailments. This review article provides a meta-analysis of the existing literature to evaluate the effects of dietary and lifestyle factors on the prevention of oral health problems. Method: A systematic review of studies was performed from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, Web of Science, and the Cochrane Library from 2000 onward to investigate the connections between specific dietary components, lifestyle habits, and oral health outcomes. Results: The findings indicate notable correlations among elevated consumption of processed sugars, inadequate oral hygiene, and the use of tobacco and alcohol, all of which increase the likelihood of developing oral diseases. Conversely, a diet abundant in fruits, vegetables, and vital nutrients, along with consistent oral hygiene practices, is linked to a lower risk of these health issues. Conclusion: This meta-analysis highlights the essential role that dietary and lifestyle modifications play in strategies aimed at preventing oral diseases

Abstract
In concluding a contract, sometimes we need to leave some of its provisions to the future and agree on the basic elements of the contract. Many lawyers consider this contract vague and even invalid. However, due to the connection that certain conditions have with the public policy of the society, such invalidity does not come from jurisprudence, civil code and commercial practice. So, the question is what are the criteria for resolving the ambiguity of the provisions of the contract? By examining legal provisions, the ambiguity of an incomplete contract may be subject to an objective criterion or the will of the parties to the contract or one of the parties or a third party may prevail. If these criteria are not in the contract, the court can enter and resolve the ambiguity of the contract. All of this kind of Contracts is valid if one can evaluate by an objective criterion or by a personal decision or a court decision. Otherwise, the contract would be a void entity in law.

Abstract
Those who are affected by the negative effects of economic decisions, are often those who have the least power and ability to influence it. According to the latest report of the Majlis (Parliament) Research Center in Iran, the percentage of the population below the absolute poverty line in the year 2021 was %30/4, While the two issues of poverty and the lack of participation of citizens in the economy are distinct, many believe that economic deprivation continues with the inability to access, influence and interact with the economy. In this article, which has been done in an analytical-descriptive method and using library resources, the authors have come to the conclusion that the democratization of the economy is one of the ways out of the vicious cycle of continuing poverty, and for this purpose, the formation of citizen economic councils and their objectification within the framework of the law can be effective. The formation of these councils can lead to strengthening the ability of citizens to influence national and local economic policies and strengthen the legitimacy and validity of economic policies. In order to make the activity of these councils efficient, it is necessary to have resources for empowering the councils, such as granting them political and legal rights, allocating budget and providing the social capacity needed to create broader consultative networks.

Abstract
Human intellect has a criterion presence in all three types of laws, that is, worthy to know the divine law, discover the natural law, and enact the human law. Religious communities practice on the basis of the divine law, whereas; secular communities operate on the basis of custom and human interests. The question is whether a common ground can be reached in the legislation of religious and non-religious communities? This article, in a descriptive-analytical manner, seeks to examine the theoretical foundations of Khajeh Nasir and Thomas Aquinas and attempts to find a solution to the problem in relation to reason and law. The findings of this study show that to Khawjeh and Thomas, law is attached to reason which is common among all human beings. Therefore, it can be a common basis for legislating religious and non-religious people. Contrary to the views of some Christian and Muslim theologians who do not consider reason worthy of legislation, Thomas considers natural law to be the participation of rational creatures in eternal law, and according to Khajeh, divine law is acceptable if it is not contrary to reason. Also, human law is binding only if it is compatible with the law of nature and justice. Thomas clarifies that if law is not in accordance with natural law; it is unjust and could not be considered law at all. Hence, people have right to disregard the law of oppressive rulers. In this regard, the theory of "social contract" and the pros and cons, including the views of Grossius, Rousseau, Hobbes, Fuller, and Finnis are also mentioned.

Abstract
Seals have been important as one of the archaeological findings with various motifs and functions from the past which recount different aspects of human life. The use of seals with various designs can be seen during the Achaemenid period (5th century B.C), including a number of cylindrical seals that have been obtained from Persepolis and have the themes of heroism combined with animals. Therefore, the analysis can provide important information about the cultural and artistic structure which ruled on Persepolis. In this article, an attempt is made to analyze Achaemenid seals and the reasons for their use as well as an investigation about patterns and their influence on the native Iranian art and other nations, particularly Mesopotamia. This is a descriptive-analytical research in terms of method and the data are derived from librarian sources. Therefore, the researcher will examine and categorize the designs and themes of Persepolis seals and then compare them with the art of other nations, especially the Middle East, and the conclusion is based on the analytical comparisons. The conclusion provides the information that seals with heroic themes and mythical animals of Persepolis have an extreme similarity and adaptation from Mesopotamian seals, especially Assyrian, and they have received the most influence in terms of content and structure from the Assyrian seals. However, in terms of credibility and dynamic, Persepolis seals have similarities and differences with Assyrian and other nations. While as some distinctions, the researcher must mention the special staging of the spaces on seals, which has made them unparalleled. While among indigenous peoples who lived on the plateau of Iran, these seals are more influenced by Mannaeans art than anywhere else; and even the animal themes on the seals were closer in terms of form to the motifs found in Hasanlu, Ziviyeh and Qalaiji than Assyrian.

Abstract
According to a Hadith reported by Ibn Abbas, the addressee of the verses 16-19 of sura al-ghiama is prophet Mohammad, and their subject is prohibiting Mohammad from hurrying in repeating God's word. Most of exegesis have documented their interpretation on those verses by the Hadith. Even those exegetes who have not accepted this Hadith, they could not ignore it. This article criticizes this Hadith firstly and then proposes a new interpretation of this verses using similar verses, using similar verses and focusing on the context. The conclusion is that that prohibition is related to the world after this world, and unlike the current view saying the addressee is prophet, it addresses the one who does not believe in the other world and rejects that. In fact, these verses are related to reading letter of deeds in resurrection. God says: do not hurry, we will read it for you.

Abstract
In addition to its physiologic and gender aspects, anima is attributed to an archetype to innate behavioral preparations and experiences of congenital life which include the abilities like artistry, naturalism, fluid emotion and affection, power of inspiration, etc. Generally, from the second half of chronological age, these values set the character on the path to sublimation, wholeness and growth by applying the skill of individuation and absorbing consciousness. As the archetype of ecstasy and emotional impulse, anima also manifests itself in a wide range of literature.
Rather than presenting examples of anima, this study with a descriptive-analytic method, tries to psychologically analyze the employment of the individuation of anima and the values of feminine body in some of the most important poems of Ibn Farez that express this process.
The findings indicate that in his poems, the retrieval and absorption of anima’s talents have been done unconsciously. In addition, Ibn Farez has benefited from the capabilities of ideas such as pacifism, aesthetics, naturalism, and emotion to the splendors of existence, living here and now, the ability to comprehend and express excitements and inner emotions, etc., that all prepare the ground for the wholeness, subtlety and flexibility of personality.

Abstract
In order to study the formation of human’s perception, it is significant to determine what reconstructive reality perception is, how they are formed, and what are their positions in the categorization of intelligibilities and in the analysis and reconstruction of social theory. Relations between human beings and the ones between human beings and their surroundings fall under the category of reconstructive reality; therefore, it is important to understand what reconstructive realities are and how they can be reconstructed and ranked based on Allameh Tabatabai’s philosophy. Employing the descriptive analytical method, the present study focuses on the analysis of reconstructive reality perception in his philosophy, through which, moral and social systems can be shaped. Social theory does not discuss the truth of existence, instead, sheds light on the realm of accident. By introducing the reconstructive reality theory, Allameh Tabatabai links the scope of philosophy and wisdom in the Islamic tradition to the issues and possibilities of occurrence – and in the ratio of reconstructive reality that man provides. Assuming the power of human credibility, he introduces an abstract concept called society in his philosophy, and, in this sense, he creates a link between philosophy and sociology that has not been studied by many scholars. Society has not been seen as a real credible issue among Islamic philosophers. However, Allameh Tabatabai does not consider society as a truth rather speaks of it as a reconstructive reality perception, and this can be a turning point in the discussion of alternative social sciences.

Abstract
In this article, I will discuss the integration of the Sufi ideas into the Iranian ways of thinking. I will put forward some factors, which explain the reason why Sufi ideas could impact the Iranian ways of thinking and become an integrated part of it. This issue is important since one of the reasons for several social problems from which the Iranian society suffers can be found in the Iranian group-oriented ways of thinking and the lack of an individual-oriented perspective concerning every citizen’s not only rights but duties as well. The mystical dimension of Iranian ways of thinking is regarded as one of the factors, which counteracted the growth of concern for the individual self in the ways of thinking of Iranians.

Abstract
The Holy Qur'an is the only revealed scripture that is immune of distortion, and includes the plan of human guidance, in all ages and for all individuals, whose verses must be comprehended accurately and correctly. This has proposed various exegetical theories by exegetes for many years. How can we provide a way to make these theories applicable, and determine a method to avoid them of engaging in interpretive relativity, interpretive pluralism, and even interpretive anarchism? Is it possible to provide such a model? Descriptive analytical procedure introduces the efficacy of an exegetical theory in terms of methodological criteria such as non-interference of exegete’s presumptions, the development of theories without the development of lexical meanings, the relation of language and culture of the time, the recognition of goals of verses and surahs, the identification of the outward and inward levels, etc. all lead to discover deeper levels of understanding of the Qur’an and result in quantitative and qualitative expansion of understanding the divine verses. It causes a valid and firm exegetical theory among others.

The caused rapid spread of the Coronavirus, or Covid-19, has a pandemic with effects beyond health-related issues. Scientists a referred to this "total as social reality," event profoundly as it has changed our daily lives and behavior, and has had, will continue to have, far-reaching economic and political impacts. This article seeks to show how the Corona epidemic has affected neoliberalism, which has become one of the dominant discourses of international relations and governments since the 1980s. Library sources and analytical-descriptive method were used to conduct this research. The results of this article show that the Corona pandemic has revealed the moral vacuum and economic failures at the heart of the neoliberalism-based "development" model that has dominated global economic relations since the 1980s. Rather than putting politics and economics at the service of citizens, neoliberalism has forced workers to serve the needs of the market. At the same time, neoliberalism has discriminated public services, especially health care, against in the face of the coronavirus challenge

Abstract
Changes in banking business model, entering new markets, switching traditional and classical systems' nature to electronic banking and entering digital banking, as well as the emergence of FinTechs and startups in the banking industry on the one hand and the lack of a comprehensive view and inclusive in the field of risk identification and control, on the other hand, increased the concern and risk of banks. What is certain is that the process and manner of change do not indicate a secure future. Therefore, the present study aims to provide a comprehensive classification of types of risks in the Iranian banking industry. The statistical sample includes the number of thirty selected experts and risk experts in the banking industry who selected by sampling method based on systematic elimination. Twenty final indicators determined for risk classification in the banking industry from among 68 extractive components obtained from literature review, obtained by repeating the Delphi method three times in 1399-1400 period. The results showed that the proposed classification of banking risk includes financial risk, operational risk, economic risk, socio-political risk, compliance risk, and knowledge and technology risk. The validating results through the Delphi technique showed that Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the third round was equal to 0.899 and indicated that all indicators were significant and valid and there was a high level of consensus among experts.

Abstract
The present study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of an Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT) model based on an Islamic approach on the attachment styles of incompatible couples. This research is a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test, post-test, and follow-up design. The statistical population consisted of all couples referring to the Ava-e Rahai Counseling Center in the second half of the year 1402 in Tehran, whose attachment scores differed by at least one standard deviation from secure attachment. Thirty-six volunteer couples were selected and randomly assigned to experimental and control groups. The data collection tool was the Adult Attachment Inventory (AAI) by Basharat. The program was implemented for the experimental group over 10 counseling sessions of 90 minutes each, while the control group did not receive any training. Data analysis was performed using repeated measures analysis of variance (pre-test, post-test, follow-up) with SPSS24 software. Descriptive, analytical, and field examination of the issue indicated that the emotion-focused counseling model based on the Islamic approach could effectively transition incompatible couples from insecure to secure attachment and enhance emotional regulation. In the attachment styles component, there was a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test (P ≤ 0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the post-test and follow-up means with 95% confidence (P ≥ 0.05). This statistic indicates that the therapeutic effects on attachment were maintained until the follow-up stage

Abstract
Dissemination-based interrogation or testimony is the prevalence of a story among the people in such a way that a large number of people report it, and their knowledge of science or strong suspicion is reported. Application is one of the ways to prove the dispute, which has a well-known position in Imami jurisprudence and the jurisprudence of the four Sunni religions. Regarding the nature of the application, the expressions of the jurists are different, and what is used in the statements of some jurists is that the application is an independent proof from the evidence with which certain cases are proved and from the words of some others. The jurists are used to say that there is a kind of testimony that is less valid than the original testimony. From the point of view of Islamic jurists, things that can be proved by interrogation are such things as lineage, birth, death, guardianship, endowment, marriage, etc. Will return. In addition, Shiite jurists have cited the Yunus sect as a reason for proving the authenticity of the usufruct, and many Sunni thinkers have cited Istihsan as another reason for its authenticity.
