Abstract

According to the resource based attitude, the capabilities of information systems improve firms’ performance and competitive advantages through three ways: 1) inside-outside capabilities, 2) outside-inside capabilities and 3) spanning capabilities. Because of the importance of systematic study on the relationship between these capabilities and firms’ performance this paper was aimed at investigating this relationship using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP). We utilized the FAHP because of existing several indices, complexity of decisions and uncertainties that are intrinsically involved in the evaluation of these capabilities. The results imply that among the criteria, return on sales and cost of sold goods are two key criteria that facilitate firms’ success. Moreover, inside-outside capabilities regard a good stimulus for improving firms’ performance. Then, firms’ internal capabilities are more important in responding to market than outside-inside capabilities.

Abstract

Successful development of tourists’ destinations requires community’s comprehensive support for integrating tourism stakeholders and developing satisfactory interaction between tourists and host communities. As a result of constructive and effective interaction, benefits of quality tourism for tourists and host communities can be improved and provide national development in some areas. According to the social exchange theory, in order to attract community support, it is necessary to provide more satisfactory areas for people. What could lead to this goal are positive or negative perceptions and interpretations of tourism industry development. Based on theoretical and conceptual aspects, cultural, economic, social and environmental dimensions and their impacts are important in host communities as well as creating and development of positive and negative perceptions of local communities. The impact of these variables on each other and their effects on support of tourism development, is studied in this paper. Factor analysis is used for checking validity and examine the main variable. SEM method used in order to examine existing behavior between latent variables. Data analyzed using SPSS 23 and AMOS 18. Results suggest that an important factor in resident support is the satisfaction of the tourism (by impact factor of 0.9). This factor also explain the social dimension by impact factor of 0.8. This factor has an effect through two variables of “perceived positive effects” and “satisfaction of other important factors” on tourism development support indirectly.

Abstract

Sustainable competitive advantage is crucial for organizations to survive in modern competitive environment. Since competitive advantage based on creativity is one of the most crucial factors for the survival of current organizations, factors influencing organizational creativity processes should be considered at organizational decision-making level. As many people and factors are involved in organizational creativity, decision-making becomes complex and unstructured real world issues with chaotic systems behavior, and consequently, hard operation research methods are not able to represent and solve it properly.  Soft system methodology is one operation research’s methods applied to represent, structure and solve complex problems. Therefore, in this study, which is part of a PhD thesis, in addition to explaining the soft system methodology’s steps, we describe how the first four stages of the Checkland soft system methodology were applied to represent and structure the sustainable organizational creativity problem in detail. The conceptual model was created based on information gathered from experts and specialists in organized meetings and in-depth interviews who were exposed to data previously collected in reviewing individual, group and organizational creativity existing research results. At the end of these meetings and interviews we designed and developed a rich picture, root definitions, CATWOE analysis and the conceptual model for organizational creativity.

Abstract

design of two phrase mathematical model for green supply chain Green supply chain has attracted considerable attention of the governments and organizations over the past decades. The objective of this research is to suggest an integrated approach for green supply chain management including two stages. In the first stage, a TOPSIS-Fuzzy approach was presented to consider uncertainty in human’s judgment. In the second stage, we applied a robust Multi Objective Mixed-Integer linear Programming model to design the green supply chain network. Although many researches have been conducted on green supply chain management, most of them have not given enough importance to integrate decision making in supply chain. Moreover, most of former researches assume that supply chain is a balanced system. Also very few studies have considered carbon emission and the related issues in supplier evaluation which cause on overall warming and pollution of the planet. The model was designed for an active company in glass industry. results have revealed that the model is capable of controlling the network uncertainties.

Abstract

Export of high-tech products and services is a quick shortcut according to the development program goals, comparative advantages and current situations and requirements of Iran, which requires non-traditional methods, especially digital marketing. While many digital marketing variables require environmental stability and predictability, a significant number of variables and components have dynamic specifications and their optimization capability requires a nonlinear approach. Can paying attention to dynamic features accelerate and facilitate the achievement of digital marketing goals? What are its dynamics variables? New concepts have been identified and introduced in response to these questions in this article, which include: dynamic mix marketing, customer dynamics, dynamic environment, employee dynamics, dynamic economy, dynamic organization, dynamic financial support, dynamic life cycle and dynamic strategy Based on interpretive structural modeling, their role in optimizing the export of High-tech is confirmed to be effective. In this applied research, an attempt has been made to identify and classify 22 variables into nine components through inductive, scientific and combined methods in a pragmatic paradigm of four levels. The dynamic customer component in the model gained the highest priority. At the same time, the findings showed that the variables related to the components of dynamic organization, dynamic marketing mix, dynamic financing, employee dynamics and dynamic life cycle have a strong ability in planning to improve the effectiveness of the model, respectively.

Abstract

Customer Retention and maintaining customer relationships and preventing customers from Churn is one of the most important tasks of organizations in today's highly competitive markets. In this study, the issue of customer churn and customer retention strategies have been investigated. These issues have been studied through systematic literature review and from different angles such as the field of organization, degree of individualization of customer relationship management, customer segmentation, and selection of key customers, employee engagement and evaluation.
In addition, a model based on deep learning networks has been used to predict customer churn. As a result, a conceptual framework and model is created based on the existing literature in this field and then combined with the customer churn prediction model using deep learning networks. The results show that the use of deep learning in predicting customer churn is a very effective and efficient way to solve the problem of customer retention and customer churn. This approach is not only able to accurately predict which of the organization's customers are turning away from the organization and disconnecting from the organization, but also can accurately identify the factors and parameters affecting customer churn and bring very valuable insight for the organization.

Abstract

In both the quality improvement and the design of a product, primarily the engineering characteristics affecting product performance are identified and improved to optimize customer needs (CNs). Especially, the limited resources, increased market competition and product complexity require a customer-driven quality management and product development system to achieve higher customer satisfaction. Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and its House of Quality (HOQ) are used as powerful tools for improving product design and quality, and procuring a customer-driven quality system. In this study, an integrated framework based on fuzzy-QFD and a goal programming model was proposed to determine the technical requirements (TRs) to be considered in designing a product. The coefficients of the mathematical model were obtained from a fuzzy analytic network process (ANP) approach. Furthermore, the proposed analytic procedure should take into account the multi-objective nature of the problem, and thus, incorporate other goals such as cost, extendibility, technological feasibility and competitiveness of TRs. Finally, the model, a zero–one goal programming methodology, includes the important levels of TRs deriven using the fuzzy ANP, cost budget, feasibility level, extendibility level , and competitiveness level as system constraints to determine the TRs to be considered in designing the product. An application for YEKTA washing machine powder in PAKNAM Company (Tehran, Iran) producing detergent products was presented to illustrate the proposed framework.
