Abstract

The historic record of pluralism is related to sophastaeyan period. In the present, Jhon Hic discuss a kind of religious pluralism in the extent of christiaity religion with other religions. Reseachers and benefactors everyone, have practiced to disquisition and realization this subject of subject of different sights. We can to see their result of article indeed with different in mystic texts. Among important questions in this way is,”which one of pluralism is consistency with Islam?” What is the logic of pluralists and their original stimulus of accept religious pluralism? Is the neglect or leniency a kind of behavery and public pluralism? The writer in this article practice to analysis this view in the Quran and Mollana’s poetries . Because Mathnavi in comparison with other texts, and practice to spacious legend and right and resolve inverts about this subject, have universality.Writer this article critic thought a few of benefactors a bout pluralism.

Abstract

Piarom is considered as one of the most important semi-dried date fruits in Iran which has been highly affected by stored pests. The current study was aimed to evaluate the effects of the modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum packaging (VAP) methods on storage pests control and date quality. To do so, Piarom variety were packaged in two package systems, including passive modified atmosphere and vacuum package system. The control samples were kept unpackaged. The packages were kept under two different storage conditions; at 4 °C and 55 ± 10% RH, and 25-27 °C and 70 ± 5% RH for 30, 60, 90 and 150 days. The experiment was carried out based on a completely randomized design arranged in factorial with four replicates. The results showed that Indian meal moth Plodia interpunctella (Hübner)and sawtoothed grain beetle Oryzaephilus surinamensis (L.) are the most important storage pests with 87.5 and 12.5% contamination, respectively. The passive MAP and VAP reduced the pests infestation rate significantly compared to control. Also, they could better preserve pH (5.88 and 5.85 for MAP and VAP, respectively) than the control (5.78). Changes in water activity in MAP and VAP were almost the same at the two storage conditions i.e., ambient and at 4 °C and was significantly different from the control. The maximum water activity change was observed in control treatment.

Abstract

Folk literature, or oral literature, is the forerunner of the written literature. Its orators were pure and reliable people who were not much literature. These folklores stayed with us through their transfer between generations. Part of the folk and oral literature is the "wedding songs" labelled differently in various parts of the country. In Fasa county, this type of literature is known as "Astunk or Wastunak". The present article examines the syntactic structure of this type of oral literature in terms of the type and components of the sentences in popular culture. To this aim, through field study and interview with older and preferably illiterate women, 127 Wastunaks from the folk culture of Fasa were collected and transcribed. They were, then, analyzed syntactically (type and components of the sentence). The data was fed into SPSS 25. The results show that the frequency of the simple sentences is more than the compound ones and in most compound sentences, the subordinates are omitted for the rhythm of the poems. Finally, the three-part and four-part sentences had the highest and lowest frequencies in the Wastunak, respectively.

Abstract

Objective: Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) is a malignant clonal disorder of hematopoietic stem cells which results in increase of myeloid cells, erythroid cells and platelets in the peripheral blood and hyperplasia in bone marrow. Investigations have shown different types of BCR- ABL variants in these patients. In Iran only 3 types of these variants have been identified because most of the clinical laboratories usually use only few sets of primers which can not detect all types of the variants simultaneously. In this study we developed a method with which all types of variants in chronic Myeloid leukemia patients can be recognized. Materials and Methods: blood samples from 100 persons who were under treatment or diagnosis for CML were received from Clinical laboratory. RNA was extracted from 600 µl of each sample using Roche Commercial kit and converted to cDNA by reverse transcriptase enzyme the cDNAs were analyzed for BCR- ABL variants using two sets of primers. All samples were also studied by RT- Multiplex Nested PCR method. Results: RT-Multiplex PCR could detect BCR-ABL in all samples which were positive for these Fusion Gene mRNA. From 100 collected samples 46 percent were positive and 54 percent were negative by RT-Multiplex PCR method and 44 percent were positive and 56 percent were negative by RT-Multiplex Nested PCR method. Conclusion: By using one step PCR we detected more variants of BCR- ABL in one tube at shorter time and lower cost. This method showed 100 percent specificity and can further be improved by taking more samples and also real time PCR for quantitative analysis.

Abstract

Due to urbanization and consequent environmental problems in Iran, many people have been interested in improving the weather quality. Lack of information about health risks as a result of pollution is a big obstacle which stops policy-making in this regard. The present study examines the type of relationship between low air quality and Tehran citizens’ willingness to pay in order to improve weather quality. To achieve the goals two-stage Heckman method has been used so as to quantify the tendency to pay in people (WTP) for improving weather quality. A sample including 1010 Tehran citizens have been used according to random sampling method and the citizens have been interviewed face to face. The results have revealed that 55.7 percent of respondents are able to pay WTP and monthly average per person has been estimated about 3500 Rials. A Probit model for relationship between endogenous variables and WTP and a regression equation for getting the average willingness to pay have been used and what has been concluded is that age, income and the number of years spent in education have a significant effect on WTP and the women, and those suffering from respiratory diseases and habitants of polluted areas have more willingness to pay than others. Unlike developed countries, most respondents consider the government in charge of weather quality improvement and 44 percent of people were not motivated at all to spend money or make any effort to improve weather quality.

Abstract

Language and expression are part of the miracle of creation and one of the precious skills that emerges from the complex and mysterious world of man. Whatever the communicative function of language, other functions such as emotional, referential, intellectual and artistic functions explain the need to produce different ways of using language to achieve different objectives. The question also leads to the creation of secondary meanings, which has long been one of the themes of the science of meaning in the field of rhetoric. In the new vision of meaning, in other words - semiotics, cognition becomes more active by giving importance to other functions of language. In addition to persuading the public to search for hidden semantic layers of text, the questioning schema allows the production of different meanings in different contexts. As an apparent sign, the question mark "?" plays an important role in producing different meanings. The main purpose of this study is to analyze the semantics of these indices in the poetic universe of shafi'ei Kadkani that contain questions, including the results that the poems provide a more contextual and audiovisual connection with the audience and provide a context for the speech with the audience. The presentification of absence and the absentification of presence enables discursive interaction and the realization of the "transcendental I". By selecting poems containing "questions" this article did a qualitative analysis of the content.

Abstract

In the present study, the structure of three common anticancer drugs including 6-thioguanine (6-TG), hydroxyurea (NH) and busulfan were optimized using quantum computational and obtained minimum energy for them. Also, optimization structure of gold nanoparticle was investigated by density functional theory (DFT). Finally, the binding energy of Au nanoparticle was calculated with the optimized structures of drugs. All different sites of drugs that can be interacted with nanoparticle were considered and the most stable structure was chosen for further study. These calculations were performed using FHI-aims which is a software package based on DFT. The bond length and the best interaction energy were reported in this work. To better investigation of the location of the interaction, the type of orbitals involved in the interaction and their shapes are shown. Gap energy analysis showed that the lowest energy was related to the complex of gold nanoparticle with 6-thioguanine, which confirms the chemical stability of this drug with nanoparticle. Investigations showed that the binding energy of gold nanoparticle with drugs is busulfan > hydroxyurea> 6-thioguanine so busulfan has more affinity to bind with gold nanoparticle.
Au nanoparticle as an anticancer drug deliver was studied with the molecular docking calculations. The human albumin serum (HSA) binding with three anticancer drugs was docked individually with Hex 8 software and their active sites of interaction were shown as well as.  Finally, the binding energies and types of interactions such as electrostatic, van der Waals and hydrogen bonds between HSA and Au@ drugs were presented, clearly.

Abstract

The European authors and thinkers in classic period and particularly Romantic one were searching the root and basis of European culture and languages. The decoding of Sanskrit emphasized the centrality of the Orient for European culture. Goethe, the famous poet and author of Germany, under the influence of this movement and for his own interest, studied the works of orientalists too. Alltough he never went to the Orient, however, the study and survey of the translation the books by the Orient authors and poets, for him, was spiritual travel to the Orient. Particularly, during the study and survey he acquainted with the poeti-cal works of Hafez which exerted a strong influence on him and thus he created an attractive compilation in German language. The West-östlicher Divan of Goethe is the result of his spiritual travel to the Orient and, in effect, it is a description which joins the two poles of world (East and West). The description of Goethe’s life, his spiritual travel to the east, his acquaintance with Hafez and finally the West-östlicher Divan form the four parts of this ar-ticle.

Abstract

This article is part of a research in which the possibility of preparing and formulation a biocomposite based on cellulose, polyethylene (PE) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) was studied. Therefore, the cellulose was blended with two kinds of PE, LDPE and HDPE in different formulations using internal blending machine at 125 and 145 oC, respectively. The biodegradability of the obtained composites was investigated via soil burial test. Thus in the certain periods, soil buried samples were taken out of the soil, removed of the soil and weighed. Analysis of the weight changes of the soil buried samples showed that their weight loss had a reducing trend, which means the biodegradability and disintegration had occurred in the samples. Therefore, the LDPE and HDPE- cellulose composites showed the significant biodegradability properties that depending on the aim of the composites applications, this property of samples may be desirable or undesirable.

Abstract

Honey is a natural sweet substance produced by honeybees from the nectar of plants (nectar honey), secretion of living parts of plants or secretion of plant-sucking insects (honeydew honey). The aim of this study was determination of composition and evaluation of physicochemical properties of 10 honey samples (Coriander, Dill, Ziziphus, Thyme, Parsley, Qnqal, Astragal, Alfalfa, Tamarisk and Orange blossom honeys) collected from different regions of Iran especially Isfahan. Therefore physiochemical tests such as moisture content, total soluble solids, acidity, specific gravity, viscosity and total sugars on honey samples was done. Also the total amount of phenolic compounds using Folin-Ciocalteu reagent and antioxidant activity by DPPH method was evaluated. According to the obtained results, it can be concluded that Dill honey is the most viscous honey because of the lowest moisture content among honey samples. Thus, it has the longer shelf life compared to other samples during the storage. Ziziphus honey had the highest phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity while Orange blossom honey had the lowest phenolic compounds and Astragal honey possessed the lowest antioxidant activity. Thus it can be said that Ziziphus honey had the highest nutritional value among 10 samples of honey. High correlation coefficients between phenolic compounds and antioxidant activity indicated that these compounds are main responsible for the antioxidant properties of honey.

Abstract

Abstract This paper focuses on layout modeling and optimization for a space control system. Majority of recent research works consider design components as constant elements over time. A new approach based on variable mass components is proposed in this paper for which the objective function is to minimize mass center variation (MCV) range over time. The proposed approach consists of Human-computer interaction (HCI) and Optimization methods to perform the layout. In the modeling phase, using defined inputs, all system components are determined. In the next step, mathematical model of achieved layout is defined. Mathematical model includes objective function, constraints, variables and parameters, play an important role in choosing appropriate optimization method. Based on mathematical model and design space, a gradient optimization method is selected. By applying this algorithm, optimum layout is proposed. Results of optimization and HCI design are compared. Comparison of the results shows that the optimization technique can significantly improve the results of the layout problem. At last, the results have analyzed and validated with similar research works. The results comparison show more efficiency and accuracy for the proposed method.

Abstract

Australian grapevine viroid (AGVd), an apscaviroid of the family Pospiviroidae, was recently identified in vineyards of southern Iran. It had a relatively wide host range and caused stunting, leaf deformation, mottling and vein clearing in experimental hosts upon mechanical inoculation of nucleic acid extracts or agroinfiltration of the viroid infectious cloned DNA. Predicted secondary structure of the AGVD-Ir showed a difference from the predicted structure of the type isolate in the viroid pathogenicity domain. Mutational analyses showed sequence changes introduced into that domain of the AGVD-Ir clone decreased the viroid’s replication efficiency in planta but did not show any effects on its movement.

Abstract

This paper investigates static behavior of multilayered functionally grated piezoelectric plates under thermal loads. The plate with functionally graded piezoelectric material (FGPM) is assumed to be graded through the thickness by a simple power law distribution in terms of the volume fractions of the constituents. Considering the thermal coefficients of piezoelectric material in the constitutive equations (the terms that will couple temperature effects to the piezoelectric properties, named pyroelectric constants) and using the kinematic assumptions of first-order shear plate theory (FSDT), the constitutive equation of FGP plate is written. Then, by using principle of virtual work, the governing equations of a FGP plate is obtained. These equations are solved by finite element method using eight node shell element. Functionally graded piezoelectric plate under static loading, different layers and boundary conditions are considered and results in various thermal loadings have been obtained. Deflection and voltage results for different power law exponent and different boundary conditions are shown. In this paper, the influence of power law index on the static behavior of FGPM plate (including deflection and voltage) under thermal loading is investigated. These responses can be used as a criteria for design of FGP sensors and actuators in the thermal environment.

Abstract

Use of nanoparticles in food packaging can be an effective step to reduce waste from pathogens and increase the shelf life of various products. The aim of this study was to investigate the antifungal effect of low-density polyethylene nanocomposite film containing nano clay halloysite/carvacrol hybrid and chitosan on pathogenic fungi including Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus flavus, Boterytis cinera, Penicillium Sp. and Rhizopus oryzae, the main cause of post-harvest rot of agricultural products. In this study, the nanocomposite films based on Low-density polyethylene containing 1.5 & 3% nano clay halloysite/carvacrol and 1 & 2% chitosan were produced by mixing them in a twin-screw extruder following by blowing film machine. The effect of these produced nanocomposites were then evaluated on the growth of five pathogenic fungal species. Based on the results of analysis of variance, it was found that the growth rate of the five studied fungal species was significantly affected by use of Nano clay Halloysite/carvacrol, so that the highest percentage of inhibition was related to the film containing 3% nano clay halloysite/carvacrol. However, the film containing chitosan had no significant effect on the growth of the studied fungi.
